Meet the People Who Make the Magic Happen
Justin White
President and Owner
Justin is a second-generation builder born and raised on Maryland’s Eastern Shore. Growing up, he worked closely with his father, who nurtured his passion for construction. This passion eventually became the driving force that motivated Justin to start Live Oak Home Builders.
Justin’s favorite part of Live Oak is being able to meet some of the most amazing people along the way. “Having someone choose us to build their home is both an honor and a privilege. It is our responsibility as a company to foster that relationship well, to do right by each client, and to hold to the highest standard during each phase of the process,” he says.
When Justin isn’t busy with Live Oak Home Builders, you can find him with his wife Anna, their two children, Jase and Savannah, and their pup, Primo. Justin is also an avid fisherman and enjoys serving at his church, 3C USA.

Your Client Experience Manager
Your Partner Throughout the Project
The best CEMs are proactive communicators and adaptable individuals. They are detail-oriented and organized professionals who can help you pivot when certain situations require you to make impactful decisions.
Our CEM doesn’t limit project-related communication to the usual channels. Their role involves using project management software that enables the team to set schedules, adjust timelines, and provide updates with utmost efficiency. Your CEM will then loop you in regarding any changes and the progress on your home. This technology also allows us to serve clients who are living out-of-state while their home is being built, making for a fun and engaging process.
This role ensures that you get the guidance and support you need, especially during the journey leading you to your dream home. When you work with our CEM, you can rest easy knowing that you’re in capable hands. By the end of the project, you’ll have made a meaningful friendship that will last long after your home is complete.
